Employment Law Dispute Mediation

Many employment law disputes can be resolved quickly and inexpensively through mediation.  Mediation is a voluntary, confidential settlement conference that brings the parties together to seek a negotiated resolution, with the assistance of an experienced mediator.  Mediation can help both parties reach faster and better economic results than would be achieved in litigation. Our mediators are skilled in both in person and remote mediation.

Effective mediation depends, in large part, on an effective mediator who is experienced in employment law.   Subject matter expertise permits the mediator to provide the parties with a realistic assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of their respective positions, as well as an evaluation of the alternatives available to the parties if the case does not resolve.
