The 2014 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has once again ranked Kollman & Saucier as a leader in the field of Labor and Employment law. Chambers ranks the top firms and lawyers across the country in a variety of practice areas based on attorney and client interviews and its own database resources.
The firm was praised for its “strength in, among other areas, employment litigation, wage and hour compliance, election campaigns and union organizing, collective bargaining, and workplace health and safety.” Significantly, three of its lawyers – Frank Kollman, Darrell VanDeusen, and Eric Paltell – were listed among the top labor and employment lawyers in Maryland. Eric was one of only six lawyers in the state to achieve a “Band One” ranking – an honor he has held since 2007.
