Mr. Severino is a litigator with nearly ten years’ experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes at all levels of state and federal courts.

Mr. Severino has handled a broad range of complex commercial and civil disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, civil rights, ERISA, bankruptcy and creditor rights, tax disputes and estate litigation. He has also assisted in the receivership or liquidation of insolvent companies and enforcement of judgments and security interests. He has represented clients in mediations, trials and appeals, and before the Internal Revenue Service.
